The below information was provided to the Trade by CBP on January 17th, 2024:
"Go-Live” Date is now January 26th, 2024
January 26, 2024, is the “Go-Live” date for both the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) and the Trade Compliance (TC) Portals.
CTPAT and TC Portals will enter into a data freeze window starting January 22, 2024, through January 25, 2024. During this time, there will be no access to either Portals for trade users. This freeze is needed for CTPAT and TC Portals data migration to the new 3.0 Portals.
New Sign-Up / Portal Link
You can access the new portal via this link: https://trade.cbp.dhs.gov/ctpat/ctpat-portal-ui. Each user will need to create a new login.gov account. Instructions here.
Existing Data
All of your current company data in CTPAT and TC Portals will be automatically transferred to the CTPAT and TC 3.0 Portals. This includes your current account history, information, data, reports, and documents.
There is no need to copy or download any information from your current account unless you chose to do so for your own purposes.
Changes and Training
The validation report format is changing. However, all previous validation reports will be stored in your account library as a pdf file. All validation reports generated in 3.0 will have a new design.
Accounts that currently have multiple security models under a single trade org will have those accounts separated. This transition will bring our partners back to “single” CTPAT accounts as was the case with Portal 1.0.
- This will not affect the account information. All linked/joined/merged accounts will be separated, and information transferred accordingly.
- This will not affect login. If you are a user/point of contact for multiple accounts, you will see those accounts upon login and then select which account you want to access.
Training Videos for the new 3.0 Portal will be located within the Public Library section of the Portal.
Reporting Issues
You can report any issues, bugs, and/or data fixes needed for CTPAT and TC 3.0 Portals to the CBP Technology Service Desk for resolution.
